To gain full access to your contest account and make withdrawals, account approval is required to ensure security and compliance with regulations. This process involves verifying your identity and address. Please be aware that certain account details, such as your email, first and last name, gender, date of birth, country, and address, cannot be changed once your account is verified. To verify your account, start by gathering the required documents: a valid passport, driving license, residency card, or any government-issued ID for identity proof, and a recent utility bill (phone, water, or internet) or a bank statement showing your full name and address, dated within the last three months, for proof of address. Once you have the documents ready, go to Dashboard > Settings > Account Approval to upload them. After verification, your account will be fully approved, allowing you to access all features and withdraw funds securely.
