  1. Due to the nature of the business, this refund policy section is only for informing you that the company does not issue refunds (except for withdrawals and the following item).

  2. If a client funds his/her account and does not trade on the money, he/ she can send a refund request on CloseOption website.

  3. The company will return funds with the same method of deposit. There are fees which will be deducted depending on the payment method.

  4. In case of any abuse act or illegal or dishonest activity, the company reserves the right to decide on refunding the initial money based on the terms and conditions.

  5. The company does not issue refunds for clients who lose their money while trading.

  6. All other requests are considered as withdrawals and the process is explained on the website (the “Withdrawal” section).
