1. The company is dedicated to protecting clients’ information and preventing the misuse of documents submitted by them. But if a legal entity makes a request for somebody's account information in accordance with the international laws, the client's account information will be exchanged with the legal entity.

2. By registration and creating an account, clients guarantee that they have understood and accepted the risks involved in Options and Forex trading (i.e., they may lose some or all their money).

5. The company makes all its efforts to update prices and services for clients, but if a problem occurs from the company's side and causes damages to a client, the company tries to return the client's loss. Generally, a company does not have any obligation to pay the loss of the client.

6. If a client makes profits from hacking, software abuse, or other illegal ways, his/her account will be taken over in favor of the company.

7. Clients must accept and declare that their deposited money is not coming from illegal ways such as money laundering, drugs and etc.

8. Clients must accept to avoid investing their savings, and it is better to consult experts before entering financial markets like Options Trading.

9. The company takes no responsibility for any information presented on our website including currency prices, market predictions, educational materials, social networks, and other information.

10. Clients are responsible for the customers they direct to CloseOption.com.

11. The company reserves the right to suspend or ban an account until its case is cleared.

12. Clients are responsible for their account security and must not try to log into their accounts from non-personal computers. If this occurs, they have to change the password immediately.

13. Due to security reasons, clients might be required to send recent identity documents or perform Skype verification.

14. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use "cookies" to collect information. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
