However, due to the price being in an <strong>overbought condition<\/strong> and requiring a correction, the chart has been in a state of stagnation and correction for several months. The minimum acceptable signal to resolve this condition and foster hope for a strong ascent would be a deeper correction in <strong>Bitcoin<\/strong> and the formation of a valid price floor on the weekly timeframe.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, under current conditions, new <strong>buyers<\/strong> who purchased above the $100,000 psychological level are now relatively at a loss. The psychological pressure and fear upon them are increasing with the current price reductions. At the time of this analysis, the sentiment index is at 23 (and was 21 on the 4th), indicating &#8220;Extreme Fear.&#8221; Although this classically suggests potential and probability for a rally in Bitcoin, caution must be exercised.<\/p>\n<p>From the perspective of <strong>key market levels<\/strong>, as long as the $100,000 psychological level holds, the price retains the potential for growth toward the $103,800 resistance level and, in a more extended move, up to $107,000.<\/p>\n<p>In the opposing bearish scenario, should the <strong>$100,000 key level<\/strong> be breached and prices consolidate below it, conditions for an ascent will become more difficult, and the price will have the potential to correct down to the $98,100 support
